產品保固Warranty Policy
Warranty Policy

All MOOR products are covered by our 1-Year Limited Warranty with the following terms and conditions:
• If an item is found to be faulty within 1 year from the date it was purchased, the customer may send the item to us at MOOR or our any MOOR representative for evaluation and post-fault investigation. 
• If the investigation determines that the item is defective: 
• Repair service or replacement will be taken place at our discretion with no cost to the customer.
• For repair services covered by the warranty, the cost of return shipping to the customer will be covered by MOOR.
• If the investigation determines that the item has been damaged, whether accidental or through misuse: 
• MOOR will coordinate with the customer to arrange for repair services (if available) or to return the original, unrepaired device back to the customer.
• The customer will bear the cost of any repair services not covered under the warranty and/or the cost of shipping the device back to the customer.
• If an item is found to be faulty after 1 year for the date it was purchased, the customer can send the item to us at MOOR or our any MOOR representative to arrange for repairs through MOOR.
• If the investigation determines that the item has been damaged, whether accidental or through misuse: 
• MOOR will coordinate with the customer to arrange for repair services (if available) or to return the original, unrepaired device back to the customer.
• The customer will bear the cost of any repair services not covered under the warranty and/or the cost of shipping the device back to the customer.

The 1-Year Limited warranty is non-transferrable and applies only to the original purchaser of items purchased from an authorized reseller or distributor of MOOR products. To obtain warranty service, the customer must present a copy of their original proof of purchases showing both the name of the retailer and the date of purchase.
The customer is responsible for and must prepay all return shipping charges and will assume all risk of loss or damage to product while in transit to us. 

Standard Warranty Coverage:

The warranty covers the following:
• Device malfunction
• Hardware defects
• Manufacturing defect

Standard Warranty Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover the following:
• Broken screens or LCDs
• Liquid damage
• Damages caused by accidents or mishandling of the device
• Damage caused by applications or firmware which is not compatible with the device

If you are experiencing an issue with your item and believe that it may be an issue covered by the warranty, please contact our support team at service@moor.com.tw with the details of what you are experiencing with your item.
Our support team will provide troubleshooting and assistance to see if we can resolve the issue with you (and prevent the need for you to ship your item to us for evaluation).
In the event that we are unable to resolve the issue via troubleshooting, we will be able to provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) along with instructions for sending your item to the nearest service center of ours for warranty service.

為了提供消費者安心的購買服務,我們提供商品保固及售後服務,保固期間如果商品有問題,歡迎與我們聯繫及反應。

產品保固期限標準(擇一)
1. 購買產品所開之發票(或收據,發票影本蓋店章亦可)或有蓋店章之保證書,則以發票日期為保固計算標準。
2. 以購買日期為準。
若無發票(購買證明)或保固卡,則不予以保固。以上兩種判別方式以對消費者最有利時間點做為保固判斷依據。

新品更換標準及程序
凡自購買日起7日內發生新品不良(註一),可至原購買地更換新品。換貨時包裝、商品及配件皆需完整(充電器、線材、耳塞、包裝盒、
包裝袋、說明書、保證卡…等)。商品必須是全新狀態(不得有刮傷)且有完整的包裝,內容物均不可有短缺、破損、異物進入、受潮,或
受外力破壞、人為損壞等,若有上述缺損情形本公司有權不予退換貨或酌收處理費。
 
新品不良需於7日內向原購買地提出,逾期則以維修方式處理。
(註一) 新品不良係指7日內產品無下列原因造成的故障與損壞。
1. 摔落,外力壓、扯導致外觀破損等情況。
2. 未按使用手冊規定操作或因人為不當使用而造成損壞者。例如:自行拆機。
3. 因天災、地變、雷擊、異常電壓、環境因素等不可抗力因素而發生之故障或毀損。
4. 浸水、受潮、腐蝕或置放於異常之溫度、溼度環境下...等造成的故障或損壞。
5. 保固起始時間無法判斷(無發票、店家之保固標籤、有蓋店章之保證書)。

保固期限內服務
在保固期限內,依照使用說明書指示,在正常使用狀況下故障者,可享有免費維修或換貨服務。購買商品之發票或收據,可確認保證開始生效日期
,故請妥善保存。
 
產品保固期限
1. 耳機保固12個月。
2. 車充與USB 周邊保固12 個月。
3. 耳機本體以外之隨附配件保固6個月。

備註:耳塞、耳掛為消耗品並涉及個人衛生因素,不在保固範圍內,使用過即不接受退換。若有退貨,本公司將酌收費用。
  

保固期間內,本公司提供免費保固服務(不含往來運送之運費),但檢測後有以下狀況者除外:
1. 摔落,外力壓、扯導致外觀破損等情況。
2. 未按使用手冊規定操作或因人為不當使用而造成損壞者。例如:自行拆機。
3. 因天災、地變、雷擊、異常電壓、環境因素等不可抗力因素而發生之故障或毀損。
4. 浸水、受潮、腐蝕或置放於異常之溫度、溼度環境下...等造成的故障或損壞。
5. 保固起始時間無法判斷(無發票、店家之保固標籤、有蓋店章之保證書)。
      

保固期限外服務
保固期限外,產品如有故障,建議先請洽詢魔耳科技客服詢問維修事宜。
